About Jagoan
Jagoan for Blackberry gives the Indonesian community a new way to use their BlackBery smartphones. We are one of the only FREE lifestyle application which provides our users with information about shopping promotions, dining promotions, movie times and synopsis, gym class schedules and general location information. We are very proud to have the partnerships with many of the major banks, retailers and service providers in Indonesia.
Jagoan is a creation of PT Think Engine Software which is proudly represented by a team of dynamic Indonesian community members who saw the need for a way to better organize and present the information being shown to the everyday person. With the rise of the Blackberry in Indonesia, it was the obvious media choice to reach the largest number of Indonesian viewers. Now that we have released our application, it is our goal to improve this application so that it becomes the most informational, efficient and enjoyable Blackberry Application in Indonesia.
Milestones
On January 14th, 2010, Jagoan was officially accepted into the BlackBerry Alliance Program
On January 19th, 2010, Jagoan v1.0 was publically available for download
On February 24th, 2010, Jagoan was presented with an award for winning the annual "BlackBerry Developer Contest" (detikinet)
On March 5th, 2010, Jagoan became available for download via BlackBerry App World
